About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll
be responsible for managing and optimising revenue for our accommodation partners,
driving performance through strategic pricing, distribution, and account management. You’ll
play a key role in onboarding new properties, guiding clients, and ensuring our systems are
running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies for a portfolio of properties
- Work with the OTAs to trouble shoot and maximise results with campaign inclusions
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party platforms
- Oversee onboarding of new properties (including training, rate setup, OTA
connections) - Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to clients
- Ensure systems (PMS, OTAs, Pub Rooms website) are up-to-date and optimised
- Assist with the Help desk for properties
- Support continuous improvement of our processes and tools
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in reservations, revenue management, ideally in accommodation or hospitality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in PMS and OTA systems (SiteMinder, RMS, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, agile team
- Not afraid to take on a new challenge, where no two days are the same

Revenue Manager, multi property
Multi property role, recent hospitality graduates are welcome to apply. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Revenue & Distribution Exec. to provide support and assistance to our Revenue team in maximising revenue and profits in the strategic coordination and analysing of revenue management reporting, processes, set up of new clients and procedures. This role is a full-time role with having to work for 5 days a week. All Applicants will need to have the rights to work in Australia.
